Are you hosting Thanksgiving Dinner?

No, we are not hosting a Thanksgiving Dinner this year. However, we’ve compiled a list of local restaurants offering Thanksgiving meals for your family to enjoy. How was my player nominated?

If you participated in any of the following events this year, you automatically received an invitation: 1. All American Games, 2. Future Stars, 3. National All State, or 4. A local All State event in your state.

Can I request to play with someone else?

The short answer is yes. However, we limit this to 2 friend requests and add Friend requests must be sent to Maria Hannaseck at Maria.usssa@gmail.com prior to rosters being assigned (approx mid October).  Once rosters have been finalized, roster moves will not be guaranteed. 

When is the registration Deadline?

The registration deadline is September 15th. This is a firm cutoff because our events feature more swag than any others in America, and we need time to ensure everything is delivered on time!

How many players are on each team?

This event is limited to 72 players per age group, with each group consisting of 6 teams of 12 players. Once these spots are filled, we will begin a waitlist.

If I'm on the waitlist, will I get in?

If you sign up for our waitlist, even if you don’t get in, you’ll have the opportunity for priority registration at one of our future events.

I received an invite, how is it sold out?

While participation is by direct invitation, we also operate on a first-come, first-served basis. If all our participants were to register, we would only invite the exact number permitted for the event. However, for this event, we will be extending nearly double the number of invitations as there are spots available, which means you could end up on the waitlist.

Where is the event being held at?

 Cactus Yards - 4536 E Elliot Rd. Gilbert, AZ 85234

Can we bring in outside food/beverage?

Cactus Yards does not allow outside food or beverage; with the exception of water.  Coolers can contain ice and water only.  Outside alcohol is prohibited.  Coolers are subject to search upon entry.

Will there be concessions at the facility?

Sliders Sports Grill will open for concessions at 7am and kitchen will close one hour after the final game has started.  The bar will remain open until the last game ends.

Will there be a gate fee to get into the facility?

There will be a $5.00 entry fee per day for anyone 16 years of age or older.  This includes coaches.  Gilbert Residents with a valid ID will not have to pay an entry fee.  Players are not charged.

When will the gates open at the complex?

Gates will not open until 1 hour before the first game.

Are there batting cages at the facility?

Yes, Cactus Yards has batting cages.

Is this event a Stay and Play event? 

No, you can book any hotel, condo, Airbnb, etc. you would like.

What are the ages for this event?

9u - 14u

What is the cost for this event?

It is $425 per player -  have you seen all the swag your player will be receiving? Your player will receive 2 jerseys, 1 Top 72 hat, Top 72 ring, bling chain, blanket, bag tag, duffle bag and possibly more.
